How do I define health coaching? As a health coach, my goal is to be a positive, supportive partner, working with my clients and providing resources to help them feel better.
How do we do that? We work together to make lifestyle changes, whether it’s eating more salads, walking more, figuring out how to add more exercise, or adding mindfulness practices such as meditation.
I focus on positive accountability and celebrating accomplishments, whether those are big or small!
